Aldain Reid serves as our Chief Executive Officer

Aldain is a socially minded tech entrepreneur with a remarkable track record spanning a multitude of industries; with a distinct focus on Software Engineering. Recognized as the visionary behind First Responders Technology Ltd, a leading Kingston-based technology firm, he specializes in the design and development of innovative web and mobile software solutions aimed at tackling real-world challenges. His work has garnered international acclaim, receiving the prestigious World Bank (INFODEV) Award for Global Impact in 2017 and the coveted Jamaica National Innovation Award for Health & Safety in 2018. Aldain's academic background includes Post Graduate qualifications in Management from the University of Leicester in the UK and an Undergraduate degree in Business from the University of the West Indies. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Security and Emergency Management Committee at the Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association (JHTA), contributing to the advancement of safety and security within Jamaica's hospitality sector.

Govend Tiwarri serves as our Chief Privacy Officer

Govend is a seasoned legal professional with a rich academic background and over 5 years of legal expertise. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Mewar University, his educational journey laid the foundation for his successful career in the legal field. He further honed his skills with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Data Privacy, from LawSikho. Govend's extensive legal acumen spans Intellectual Property Law (IPR), Data Privacy Law (GDPR), Cyber Law, Technology Law, and Contract Drafting. He excels in conducting meticulous privacy compliance audits, guiding businesses through the intricate landscape of data protection laws, and crafting comprehensive privacy strategies. As a distinguished OneTrust Fellow, Govend holds all 10 OneTrust Expert Certifications, underscoring his mastery of privacy operations, management, and protection. Suzanne Scarlett serves as our Director of Business Development

Sachin Budhawale serves as our Data Privacy & Compliance Director

Sachin is a seasoned expert in Data Privacy and Compliance, holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Communications from St. Xavier's Technical Institute. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 QMS, 14001 EMS, 45001 OHSMS, 22000 FSMS, IATF 16949, and boasts extensive knowledge in Data Science and Cyber Security.

With a wealth of experience in software design and implementation, Sachin has demonstrated proficiency in platforms like VB 6.0, Oracle8i, and Crystal Report, alongside expertise in various programming languages and systems such as Java, C, C++, PL/SQL, and UNIX/Linux based systems. As a Project Leader, he has spearheaded the analysis, design, and implementation of projects, including the implementation of various ISO standards, such as ISO QMS 9001:2015, CE Marking, EMS 14000, and ISO 22000 FSMS, among others.

Beyond his technical acumen, Sachin is a respected trainer in QMS, EMS, and FSMS, sharing his expertise with aspiring professionals.

Mojoyin Olusola-Dada serves as our Lead Data Protection Officer

Mojoyin Olusola-Dada is an interdisciplinary Law (LLB) graduate from the University of Johannesburg with a profound commitment to data protection, legal compliance, and public policy. Her expertise is enhanced by certifications in Incident Management (OneTrust) and proficiency in AI applications. She has a wealth of expertise in developing data protection materials and enhancing privacy practices within the educational sector.

Her career path has equipped her with the skills to manage trust accounts and ensure compliance with international laws. Her passion for community and skill in social media content management have garnered over 7 million organic impressions, demonstrating her capability to engage and educate a broad audience.

With her robust legal background, technological adeptness, and dynamic communication skills, Mojoyin steers the company's Data Protection initiatives with unwavering diligence and innovation.

Usama Khan Serves as our Director of Cybersecurity

Usama is a Cybersecurity expert and Penetration tester with over six years of experience in his field, serving a range of clients from several industries. He is a qualified SOC L2 Analyst in SecurityHQ, with expertise in Incident Response, Threat Detection, and Prevention. Prior to joining the DPA Ready team, Usama served as a GRC Consultant and Audit Officer with KPMG, where he provided guidance on Regulatory Compliance and conducted Security Assessments.

His main areas of focus include Digital Forensics, Penetration Testing, Cybersecurity Compliance Monitoring, Data Leakage Prevention Assessments and Rules, Cyber Threat Intel Driven Security Fabrics, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). He is also experienced in Vulnerability and Threat Assessment and IDPS Sandboxing. He holds a range of Certifications including IBM Cybersecurity Analyst, CCNA Cyber Ops, Cyber Threat Intelligence by Cybrary, CCSP by (ISC)2, CEH, and CISA.
